• Workout data: Exercises, sets, reps, weights, and workout history you log within the app.
• Profile data: Display name, profile picture uploads, and preferences you set.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the workout tracking service.
• Calculate progressive overload suggestions and track personal records.
• Enable social features like the friends system.
• Improve the app experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your workout data is private by default. If you use the friends feature, friends you accept can view your profile, tracked exercises, and workout history.

3a. AI Coaching & OpenAI

Our AI fitness coaching feature (Chad) is powered by OpenAI. When you use the AI coach, the following data may be sent to OpenAI's servers to generate personalized responses:

• Your workout data, including exercise names, sets, reps, and weights.
• Your profile information such as display name and fitness preferences.
• Messages and context you provide during the conversation.

This data is sent solely to provide AI-powered coaching responses. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We require your explicit consent before any data is shared with OpenAI, which you can provide when first using the AI coaching feature.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in our database. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and secure authentication to protect your information.

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and update your profile information at any time through the Settings page.
• Delete your custom exercises and workout data.
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us.
